Pushp Sanitary Apliances undertakes the responsibility to repair or replace the entire product or any part thereof, at its option, which to its satisfaction was originally defective in material of workmanship, provided the product is returned, freight paid, to the nearest dealer or office of Prabhat. This warranty does not cover any damage which occurs during or results from alteration, accident, misuse or abuse, nor does it cover damage while in possession of the consumer not resulting from defect in material or workmanship and damage caused by accident, tampering with or opening of the plastic products by other than normal use, defects or damages resulting from repairs performed by other than authorized personnel, and is valid for Cistern & PTMT from date of purchase. In case required, replacement will be made on “freight to pay” basis.
